Program Overview

Building A Boss Mindset is an 8-week virtual leadership development program designed to support minority professionals and entrepreneurs in strengthening mindset, behavior, confidence, and emotional resilience. The program includes live Zoom sessions, course materials, and scheduled one-on-one advisory sessions.

By enrolling, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

Enrollment & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure enrollment and reserve a seat in the program.
• Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received and processed.
• Seats are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are based on the program start date and participation timeline:

• Before the Program Begins:
  Participants are eligible for a 100% reimbursement minus administrative fees if cancellation is requested before the official program start date.
• Within the First Two Weeks of the Program:
  Participants are eligible for a 50% reimbursement if cancellation is requested within two (2) weeks of the program start date.
• After Two Weeks of Participation:
  No refunds will be issued after the second week of the program due to the nature of instructional delivery, advisory scheduling, and access to proprietary materials.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Attendance & Participation

• Participants are expected to attend live sessions and actively engage in course activities.
• Recordings may be provided at the discretion of the program facilitator but do not replace live participation.
• Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Intellectual Property

• All course content, materials, frameworks, tools, and recordings are the intellectual property of Building A Boss Mindset and Dr. Mario Wallace.
• Materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.

Program Modifications

• The program reserves the right to update session content, scheduling, or delivery format if necessary.
• Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
